 WORK IS WORSHIP

He worked by day, and toiled by night.
He gave up play, and some delight.
Dry books he read, new things to learn.
And forged ahead, success to earn.
He plodded on with, faith and pluck;
And when he won, men called it luck.

Well, we call it's a tragedy of Mankind who misinterpretes WORK to LUCK and try to search more from LUCK than WORK! Work is natural to man. It is work that adds meaning to lie. Without it, life is dull, uninteresting and monotonous. The how-to-work constitutes its techniques. It is truly the know-how. In other words, technique or know-how ensures superior results out of using the same amount of effort skillfully. Nothing, literally nothing, great was ever achieved without toil, dedication and enthusiasm. Success is not something that you run into by accident. It takes a lot of preparation and character. Everyone likes to win but how many are willing to put in the effort and time to prepare to win? It takes sacrifice and self-discipline. There is no substitute for hard work. Henry Ford said, "The harder you work, the luckier you get." The world is full of willing workers, some willing to work and the others willing to let them. Here it is apt to quote Michaelangelo who said,

"If people knew how hard I had to work to gain my mastery,
it wouldn't seem wonderful at all."
 Thus, the important thing in life is not the victory but the contest, the essential thing is not have won but to have fought well. God will always bless and guide all those who make their work useful and important for the world. Whatever menial the work may be, all kinds of work bring along an undying dignity. To sum up, I would like to quote the following poem, published in The Hindu:

Work, for the night is coming,
Work through the sunny noon,
Fill the brightest hours with labour,
Best comes sure and soon.
Give every flying minute,
Something to keep in store,
Work, for the night is coming,
When man works no more."

Best Wishes..........................!!!
